Lost levels
I went from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6 and when I loaded candy crush in it started me over and I was in the 1000 level!!! So upset over being started off at level 1!! Anyone have any ideas how to get back to where I was, my iPad is still in the upper level

Resetting the level
Hi, i had to reinstall the game as my mobile had a problem. Now the level is reset to 0. I was in level 206 earlier.

You guys have most of the candies locked and you ask to brake the 48 meringues in 19 moves. Have you check it before give it to us to find the way? You did a mistake at level 1810 and you did one more with this one. Please before post the levels try to play them sometimes.

This is like the fourth time im writing. My mum and i have now connected accounts on king.com, facebook and candy crush generally. Please, I lost all my progress, and i dont want to make a new facebook account. What can i do??? Desperate.

Treasure Chest
Dear team, recently when you have treasure chest on mobile for candy crush i can only play with 12 hours even though it says there is 60+ hours left. The following day when i open my game the treasures disappear. Hope you guys can help fix the issue. Thank you.

Why can't I access new levels on my phone
On my phone I am at the end of the game and it says that I will soon be able to access new levels, but when I log onto Facebook, the new levels are there ready to play. I am now further on Facebook than I am on my Android phone, but supposedly I am "synced" but clearly not. Any help would be appreciated

I have passed level 350 but suddenly dropped to level1due to unidentifiable reason.
I have two FB accounts and do not know the reason of dropping to level 1. please help me in restoring my previous level i.e 350.
