I have had to reinstall Candy Crush, Soda and Jelly. Have not received email to reset password.

Got a new phone all my apps have came back via iCloud my candy crush has connected to fb but taken me back to level 1 and I was on level 1187. How can I fix this and get back to the level I was on.

Lost progress after syncing with Facebook
I synced with my Facebook last night and was on level 465 and now this morning in back on 323. Even when I logged out of Facebook it still took me back to 323. Is all my progress/rewards gone now

I have lost all my progress in Candy Crush and and you have started me back from scratch.
Could not get on to Facebook so I change my Facebook password and closed off my phone and when I returned Candy crush every thing was gone I cannot even get on to Facebook. I think I will have to scrap all the games because I cannot get any help.
