getting tickets
While waiting for new levels to be posted, why can't we get tickets from friends so that we will be ready when the new levels are added? I don't think we should have to wait for new levels and then have to get tickets.

I played as guest for the longest. I was at level 505 and I just added a Facebook to sync and save my progress. As I opened CandyCrush after the refresh, I am at level 1. How to unsynch from one account
I recently logged into another Facebook account and now I want to log back into my old one. I log out of my account easily but when go to log in to the old one it says that i have already authorised candy crush saga, so I press ok but then it leads me to my old account. I don't know how to get it to my old account again…
