I was on Level 139 and I got sent back to Level 1. Any ideas would be great.
I was on Level 139 and enjoy the game. I had purchased 100 gold bars. Out of the blue I was back to Level 1 with no bars. Is there anyone who can reset the game to the highest Level you have successfully completed?

I had about 20 moves left in level 54, and one more candy to get down, but once I got to 1 move left, and had 787,000 points, the fruit didn't appear. I even cleared the board by mixing two color bombs. I added 5 more moves, and paused the game, what do I do?

Why am I not able to get a third cherry on Candy Crush level 849?
I have played this level several times and cleared the board and no third cherry to pass the level. I can see the cherry in the locked center area but all keys have been removed and no way to get to the 3rd cherry.
