Why don't my lives from others save in Candy Crush?
When I play on my Surface Pro, lives sent from friends disappear if I exit Facebook before I have a chance to use them.

Level 1267 keeps freezing
I cannot get through level 1267 as the game keeps freezing. Using Google Chrome. I have tried on two different computers with the same result. Very frustrating that I keep losing lives and cannot complete a round.

Limited friends list
it seems my list of friends to ask for help is limited to people who no longer play. All of the people who I receive lives from are not in my help list and I end up having to wait it out to get to the next level.
