Why is my level on Facebook playing on my Mac not match the level on my Android?
When I log in to FB on my Mac, I am on level 1376 while on my iPad and Android phone, the game stops at 1370.

I made over the 1,100,000 on level 1394 Candy Crush but it says i did not pass it ?
I got over 1,100,000 two times and the level will not complete and let me go to the next level , what is the problem with this level ?

Syncing devices
how do I get all my devices to link up?ive tried everything . I'm on all different levels on even device. It won't move me to the next level on the farthest one I'm on. I've gotten the help from 3 friends but it won't move me.please help

No drop zone for fruits in Frozen Boosters level 1, 2015-12-15
For the first level of the "Frozen Boosters" sidequest released today, December 15, 2015, it is a drop-the-fruits level. However, there are no drop zones. No where for the fruits to fall through, no green arrows. screen shot at i.imgur.com/8C4qpgy.jpg

black background??
Game comes on but theres a black background.Im on my laptop using windows 10.The sound works.Starts out orange screen then turns black before any words come on screen.

Level 1267 keeps locking up...can see this has been posted previously and never answered...???????
freezes up every time there is a chain reaction....please fix or let me move forward...thanks

Level 1267 keeps locking up
I have had level 1267 lock up at least 6 times lost lives and gold bars this has happened on 3 different computers also after lock up have to leave the game thus loosing all of the gift sent to me by friends this morning I lost 11 free lives sent by friends.

Why does my game freeze up so much. I am past level 1300 - nothing but trouble.
When playing the game it has froze up on me over & over again. This is not fair as I have used things to hlep get throught certain levels and then the game freezes. So not fair at all.

Candy Crush level 1267 constantly hangs up mid-game. Have restarted, rebooted, cleaned disk/browser
I cannot get through an entire round of level 1267 in Candy Crush. I am using Google Chrome browser in Windows 8.1. I have never encountered this problem on any level so far. It's very frustrating, as the entire window freezes up and there is no way to continue. Have not been able to complete a round on this level so far.
