Lost lives
When I go into a game but haven't made any moves yet,I leave the screen for a whole to check on a message or something my life is gone even though I haven't made any moves. Can you please explain why this happens? Thanks.

why did I lose all my levels?!
I've been playing candy crush for quite a few months, I was on level 262 with 73 gold bars (most in which I purchased) and last night when I went to play some more, it sent me back to the beginning on level one with zero gold bars!! Can I get my progress back? It didn't have to do with Facebook either.

New device starts at lower level

Level 1316 cherries won't drop
I have cleared both sides and all blocks under the cherries but they won't drop towards the bottom. It has been suggested to update the app so I checked and mine has no update available so it must be the most recent version. How can I get the cherries to drop??????
