I recently upgraded to an IPhone 6 from an IPhone 5. Although I backed up my information to the cloud, my candy crush app is now stating I'm on level 708 when I was on level 918. Level 1316 cherries won't drop
I have cleared both sides and all blocks under the cherries but they won't drop towards the bottom. It has been suggested to update the app so I checked and mine has no update available so it must be the most recent version. How can I get the cherries to drop??????

All boosters erased to zero on latest Candy Crush Update for mobile
All my boosters were wiped out on the last auto update for Candy Crush. King has terrible auto-replies to my emails requesting help. There were over 200 boosters erased. King Moderator please reply to assist or assume you will lose my business and have a very dissatisfied customer.

Treasure Ahead - New Promotion issue
Level 1351 has turned into a treasure chest after today's latest challenge/promotion. Problem is, after completing level 1350, I can't seem to get to level 1351. Whenever I try to touch on it, it says "Get the treasure when you reach this level". But I HAVE reached the level. Please offer any solutions. Thanks

Why has the level 1364 been changed to make it passable on iphone and ipads but not on PC
It's boringly impossible to pass level 1364 on facebook using PC but blogs confirm it has been made easier on iphone and ipads. Why not on PC? I've got this far in the game but after trillions of boring trys on this level it's becoming clear I'm not going to pass it. So does that mean the game is over for me?

Each turn I get only 1 possible move and then next I have no more possible moves. This goes on again and again. How can you possibly succeed. There is NO strategy involved- only luck. Can't transfer progress to Facebook
I used to play candy crush 3 months ago,and I was at level 200.i was logged in with my fb and king accounts. Now, when I log into Facebook it resets me to level 1,but my king account has my full progress. Please I need to have my progress back on Facebook to play with my friends.
