I understand that an upgrade was required but come on, why make it so small and the score so large. It doesn't make sense. I find playing it now is straining my eyes and the awful graphics don't help. I've played this for so long that it will be a shame to have to find something else to play but the small size of the game board leaves me no other choice

I agree.  Something had to change as I kept getting flash errors but this is awful.  Super slow to load and lagging is

hideous.

Slow? - ´Loading the game can take a few more seconds than normal. You can optimize the loading time by closing down unused browser tabs as well as closing programs running in the background. A fresh restart of your computer can furthermore give a boost in loading time.´

Something missing? - ´Some game features are still being optimized to the new format. We have received some great feedback during the test phase and we will continue to develop new features in the game.´

It isn´t always easy to adapt oneself to changes and it can take some time. 

Still need to get used myself to read Upper Case Letters as they keep hurting my eyes.

On the same topic, how do I send requests only to my candy crush friends and not all my friends on fb. Some of them get quite irrate. The previous version had the 2 tabs you could select.

the new format is horrible for PC!  I have a lag with every switch I make - it shows an "x then preforms the change .thank  god I am not currently in a timed level !! If they were going to  update they should have worked out he bugs first !  not all of their players are on the latest and greatest system   !!

I THINK I WILL BE HAPPY IF THEY KING STARTS GIVING US DOUBLE POINTS FOR SUGAR DROPS ON COMPLETED LEVELS. I THINK I GOT MORE PLEASURE FROM COLLECTING POINTS THEN ACTUALLY PLAYING THE LATEST LEVELS . ALSO IT WOULD HELP IF WE KNEW WHAT EACH NEW LEVEL WAS ABOUT BEFORE PLAYING IT, THAT'S WHY BEING ABLE TO HOVER WAS SO ESSENTIAL.

For me the new CC format is only on FireFox. I logged in via Internet Explorer and I get the old original format. Hopefully that won't change. For now, that's my work-around.

there is no longer any incentive to win the games when you go back to play for sugar drops - so it would be nice if the doubling when you win feature came back. Also very annoying when you scroll back to play for sugar drops to have the game reset all the way to the end. maybe a search box so you could automatically go back to a level you want would be good - then if it reset you could just search for the next level you want. The most annoying thing for me is the sound - I liked the sounds on the old version - the new is very tinny and annoying.
