I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.
Hi guys!
The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

Losing lives and not receiving lives. Have lost approximately 100 lives to me. Thank you.
In fact, there were a lot of issues related to Lives in the past week and now the problem is fairly normal. However you tell me your device and App version, I will ask you to do some troubleshooting checks.😊

1) When you said "you are not receiving your friend's help, were you referring to the "Lives"?
2) And what do you mean by "lost at least 100"? Did you loose 100 Lives that were received from your friends OR you have lost your boosters?

How come I'm not receiving my friend help. Lost aleast 100.
So, i will just have to wait for the problem to pass until it all comes back to normal? I've been having these problem for at least 5 days and it's becoming quite annoying . When will it stop??😕
Btw... I am sure that these were the same requests, in the same order! I was very carreful about these situation.

Lives are available through the exchange.The request that you are thinking of old is not old at all, meaning that your specific friend repeatedly requested to you for lives. There was a problem with live exchange for a few days so there was a lot of live request pending. This is not a problem, after exchanging lives a few times, everything will become normal.😃

My friends srns me.messagesnand ask me to send lives. After I accept all the requests and exit the game, I go back in the game.and the old requests are still there, like I never sent them lives. How do I het rid of that??? Thank you!

The messages ( life request and lives) in my game on my iPhone keep returning even after use
you seem to have fixed it in my game on PC desk top! Are the working on fixing ti ISO one?
My lives are not fixed yet and it has been weeks on my iPad and iPhone. They both have been updated. My friend has been having the same problem. The ask requests don’t go away after I send them to friends. When is this going to be resolved? I have written to you before and you keep saying you are working on it.

Hi @L2thaJ This kind of problem was in the game for a few days. However, the latest update fixed the issue.
You can check for updates to your game app HERE. (Android)
After checking for updates, Log out game = Restart device = Open game & Log in.
Please let me know.

Why are lives to my friends not being sent? I have over 200 unsent lives in my box. It's been over a month now since lives have been sent. I click on to help my friends and the wheel keeps continually spinning with nothing being sent. I'm not the only one that has this issue, there are at least over 30 players with the same issue. And, no, it's not the internet speed. This happens everywhere I'm at whether at home, in a hotel, a friend's house......everywhere. What is going on and why isn't it being fixed?
How come I cannot give away free lives when my friends request a life???! This has been going on for about a month when is this going to be fixed?

Why don’t my lives send keeps coming back over 100 there now for 2 weeks now
I always go in and send lives to those who asked. However they will not go away. No matter how many times you send them, they are always there when you log in. I have tried one at a time, check, send, close and reopen and still there. Getting annoying.
