    Hi there, sorry you are having a rough time. It sounds like your progress was temporarily not being saved. If you try playing a level (win or lose) you should get your events back, assuming you are now connected!

  • Hi @Avephoenix, i am seeing that you are playing on an old version of candy crush. Note that for the best gaming experience is on a windows 10 or 11

    What is up with the chocolate box? It disappeared for a while and is now back. However, the last two time that I completed it and went to claim my rewards, it has me starting all over again. I am not happy about that situation.

    My guess is you have had such a problem due to a temporary error but now everything is normal. You may not have the same problem again but you should note that each session of Chocolate Box has up to 2 days. Once this time is over, your Chocolate Box progress will be reset.

    Where is my chocolate box. I have not hadd it since april 2021. I was told you are working on it many months ago and it still is not fixed. Everyone else has the box back. I can't seem to get an answer from anyone. Can someone please fix my problem and give me back my chocolate box?
