@bugwacker Please email Player Support to get all lost purchases restored. You can email them directly from the game through the Settings up to the right and then from the Help Center.
@Dreday373 Please try with restarting the app and device and see if all details get restored and reconnected. On Facebook or King.com, try with clearing the cache and cookies on your browser.
If this doesn't help, please email Player Support so they can check why your game is not back on track yet.
