The game is back, the big problem is the new levels that was not released, players are crazy like you take the Oxigen from them.

I lost my golden chocolate box and my daily machine streak.

It's been two weeks now!!! that the game cannot connect to the server for the chocolate box challenge, just when completed the all stages!! Please fix it!

@madmadmad New levels will be released on Thursday this week. Find more details HERE. Next week we'll hopefully be back on our Wednesday releases.
@crooks Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your browser? This should help to get the game loading if it has got stuck on the issue.

@bugwacker Please email Player Support to get all lost purchases restored. You can email them directly from the game through the Settings up to the right and then from the Help Center.

No it's not fixed, because my level 4000 badge is still not displayed on my pic,and my frame level has gone down to level 1 I was like level 198 I was connected through Facebook so everything should still be there or restored if the issue was so called fixed!

@Dreday373 Please try with restarting the app and device and see if all details get restored and reconnected. On Facebook or King.com, try with clearing the cache and cookies on your browser.
If this doesn't help, please email Player Support so they can check why your game is not back on track yet.
You can email them directly from the game through the Settings up to the right and then from the Help Center on mobile and the Windows app. If you play on desktop on Facebook or King.com, then use this form HERE, but remember to enter the same email that you use for your Facebook or King login.

Ok will do, because it's still the same my frame level is only 5 when it was like 198 and I see other players banners showing up but mine still isn't!
