Hello @Sagaryamini you can't receive adverts, or any other game feature, by asking for it. You either have the feature, or you do not. If you haven't got a feature you would like then all you can do is wait and hope that King will give you the feature some time in the future. Some people never get to see a particular feature.

User ID. 1493183697 please can you tell us anything that's not the same generated message about some people getting to watch adds for moves and lives while others have to continue to pay for them, tell us how we can watch the adds also. Do we go to another game or update software or what.? And also I don't knkw who to talk to about my gold bars missing. I've made emails and posts but no replies.

I don’t believe you! I bought a 98p boost and immediately stopped getting ads. I can no longer win booster or lives by watching ads. Stuck on 4071 for 2 weeks. I believe you’re doing this to encourage players to keep spending! Won’t work! I’ve been a player for years but now bowing out….

Hello. Same problem again. After confirming a level in the game, I cannot move on to the next level. The screen goes black and freezes.
This happens on both the computer and the phone.

As you can see, you have been saying this for quite a long time and yet, still no ads for boosters or extra moves. Will we ever get ads for help? Don't keep saying the same thing you have been saying for years.
