Video adds not working my phone phone name mi note 5 pro
This is getting worse than ever. Has anything been done? The black screen of death pressing āplayā asā has become beyond frustrating.
So far there's no fix to the Ads freezing and showing a black screen, last post was December and it mentions that someone is looking at it, it's now March 2022 and the problems still persists, is anything being done about this? It is very frustrating
It appears ads have been stopped altogether now, no more watching dopey ads, for dumb games that appear even worse than CC.

Just watched an advert to gain moves for a Hard level that only had three jelly left to collect.
Half way through the advert it crashed my game causing the game to restart. No moves gained and lost a life.
Surely we are due an update after fourteen months of the same issue.
At the very least the designers should stop us losing a life when the game crashes.
Yet here we are, 13 months later and the same issues persist. I bet the ability to spend money hasnāt been affected ?
@kiara_wael I'm still having this problem with ads that bounce across the map screen. I don't loose a life just time from logging out and back in again. When I have a timed booster going I don't open them anymore.

The videos don't play and the screen goes blank when I try to get more moves to complete the levels. This only started happening a month ago. Sometimes the first video will play and then it will freeze, sometimes it will freeze after the second video. Please help.

Seriously candy crush? This issue is still happening, no amount of updates is working, no adblock enabled etc etc etc. I have lost so many game opportunities because of this. Acknowledge that it is a real problem on your behalf and just FIX IT!
Having the same problem with adverts causing the screen to go blank or exiting the game. This means that on levels I was likely to win, I don't and get stuck on that level and loose my win streaks. I trust this will be resolved very soon, and the players affected will get bonuses or similiar because of the inconvenience.

The ad feature to get free moves is a random thing. Not all gets the benefit of watching them.. Maybe you will have it some other time.. enjoy still your games and good luck!š¤

It happened to me before, all I did was Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in. but will pass this feedback to the Game Team.

There's a certain AD that plays (watch video to get extra plays in candy crush) but won't actually load and I can't do anything but close and reload game but then I'm often losing that life...it's very annoying

Whenever I attempt to play a video all I get is a black screen with an X in the top left. No rewards, no lives. NO NOTHING! If there is a problem with the videos then donāt make them available and stop wasting my time. SMDH

Obviously the coding has been tweaked. Cannot play SAGA consistently. Waste of time and effort.

I have updated the Candy Crush app, restarted my phone and it still crashes after one ad. This is frustrating since I have used boosters, try to watch ads for another turn and in the middle of it the screen freezes and I have to start all over. Can somebody help? Or at least tell me if this is an ongoing problem and I should just be patient. I'm tired of losing boosters.

Yes, they are playing around with the coding. All these stupid new candies, games, challenges just make it harder to just play. It's simple - let us play the game and stop changing the rules all the time. The stupid new chocolate box messed us up for weeks, now it's back, and now the ads don't work. Great for the advertisers who are paying King a bundle to get their products advertised. They should be complaining too.

Imagine how mad you would be if you just needed that one last move to win and you chose the video ad......

I was trying to contact the Shop to purchase gold bars but I keep getting a message saying that there is no internet connection.
