If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉

Hello IloveChristmas for me this is King's biggest problem with the life acceptance limit they have introduced. It stands to reason that people that pay real money for their game items should be able to fully use what they have bought without being stopped by the new acceptance limit.
Unfortunately King do not seem to understand the basics of customer satisfaction and will allow people to buy whatever they won't even though that person will have to stop playing once they have used their main lives and the 15 or 20 lives they are now allowed to use in a day.
Obviously we all still get a free life every half an hour, but that is no consolation to a person that has just purchased a timed booster and that has 400 unused lives.
Hopefully the fact that you have purchased something for your game and you weren't happy that a new aspect of the game prevented you from using what you purchased means that King will compensate you for your trouble.
You will have to contact Player Support to ask for a refund though as this community does not deal with purchasing issues.
