Hi, can someone help about getting level 5000 badge? Tried every advice here. Tried to play level 5000 multiple times. Tried to log in and out of my account. Restarted my Phone. Nothing works. Contacted help Center through e-mail and through my candy crush game account,all they do is directing me to King Community help and rips... 🙄.

I am on level 8000 and don’t have the option to click on the milestone setting to turn it on either so I have no banner for any milestone that I have achieved. Why won’t they fix this and bring it back for those of us that want that option?

I might not have been apparent before, but I would like to point out that this feature has been removed and should not affect the badges you have already received.

Hi @QueenB your previous message was clear that the feature has been removed and that it doesn't affect what we already have. We also know we can get badges for the Milestone levels we have or will reach. What we are asking is, how do we get the Milestone banners now. I am not far off 13000 and mine is still showing as 10000. I know others have now got the 11000 and 12000 banners (not talking about the badges) showing. So just to confirm, are you saying we can get the badges but not the updated banners.
