Like QueenB explained and answered you again : If you play on mobile, please make sure you have the latest game app version installed and if you play on Facebook, try clearing the browser cache and see if that helps. 😉
If it's still not worked, you can try playing to complete on your latest (nearest) milestone level : 1000, 2000, 3000... first then you will receive the latest milestone level banner. I see the players have try playing to complete on their latest (nearest) milestone level then they will receive the latest milestone level banner successfully mostly. Hope this helps too! 🤞😊
