i tried that also before with levels 11000 and 12000, it doesn’t work
edit, just replayed 13000 and it worked, thanks

When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??

The game frequently disconnects from the internet even though there's no problem and the speed is over 8 Mbps. The game disconnects to prevent me from spending gems or paying for ads. Please compensate me for my losses.
