Thank you @kiara_wael @Doondie @Diamond_Lim for trying to help me. I was trying to change the information in my profile from Mazza50 to something else, so I could use my first name. I contacted customer support and they mailed me links into the community, which was no help. I checked my junk folder and the confirmations were all there, but it still didn't work for Debbie4. I decided start over and try this again, everything seems to be working properly now.
