    I am sorry to hear that you have lost Gold bars from your game! You will have to contact the King Players Support team as they would have access to your account.

    Please contact the King Player Support team and request to send your missing reward. If you are playing Facebook browser, click on --> https://soporto.king.com/contact

    If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11 --> click on the Pink Cogwheel -- click on ? icon -- scroll down to Events -- Select "Episode Race" -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- fill up the form and submit your complaint.

    I won streak 5 for the fastest to the end race, it showed up " you won the race" and my 45 gold bars. However there were never added to my account! I'm actually gutted, and accept for sending me scripted emails I can't get in touch with anyone to help get them back!

    Yesterday i finished my race as first, but i dont have my 45 gold bars, and my prize to thé next step not too.

    Yesterday   I  contacted the king Player Support as you suggested and received the Gold Bars and the boosters that had not been credited to me. Thank you so much for your help ♥️👋

    I won an episode race and my gold bars were not received.

    1. I started to have this yesterday 04-Dec-23, after completing my level 4280.
    2. I have recently updated my App.
    3. There was no error message while collecting but the bars were not credited to my account.
    4. Hope to receive my 45 gold bars to continue my game.
