I literally just started having these exact same issues a few days ago - after YEARS of having not a single problem with anything regarding levels and/or progress. I was on level 1,045 two days ago - then, for whatever reason, it slid me back to level 630. Now, regardless of how many times I scroll and scroll back to my prior level - no matter how many times i keep replaying & winning said level - it will not allow me to progress past. It’s infuriating.
For a week my game half froze it took a week to find out why. If u purchase thru apple u no how people have a lot issues that there charging double etc….. I contacted them they told me I owed them money. Which I didn’t understand the transaction went thru so as soon as I payed them what they said I owed them my game came right back even after I deleted the game everything was there but my boosters but my gold was saved so if anyone is having same issue check ur purchases and see if there’s a charge u don’t no about and see if that’s the problem.
That happened to me exacly for a week it half worked I finally got in touch with APPLE if I use apple they told me I owed them money which I didn’t but to them they said I did the transaction went thru at the time but now there saying I owe so I payed it and my game went back to normal except my boosters but my gold was still there if this helps.
Does candy crush tech support even look at these comments.
it seams that I am not alone in the many issues that I have been having for weeks now.
The daily treat machine will randomly go back to the start with my game loosing all days building up to larger prizes.
My personal avatar is stuck on level 6203 and has been since the start of this mess.
Games 6204, 05 and 06 don’t even register that I have played them, but I have.
I am actually up to 6226 now, but have to make sure when I first go into CC that I manually move the game up to 6226 as it is always at 6203.

The Candy Team is investigating this issue and are working on a fix since past few weeks! But, for some reason, it is taking longer than expected!! I have asked our Candy Community In-charge for an update! Please bear with me till we get any news!!
In the meantime, please continue to play the game on the device where the progress is ahead, and do not play on the other device. Playing old levels and, collecting boosters from Daily Spin, etc., are ok. But, do not play new levels on the device that is not synced.

Unfortunately it is happening on both iPhone and iPad so what are you saying, not to play at all.
‘my icon is stuck on level 6203. I am up to 6230 on my iPad and 6211 on my iphone.
daily treat machine on both doesn’t hold each day and randomly returns to zero
when I win a game it reverts back to 6203 every time
i don’t get extra turns at the end of a game, so I won’t purchase gold bars to keep playing.
both devices are linked to Facebook at the moment I have logged out of both and logged into apple but the problem is the same
I have logged out and deleted the games reinstalled and updated all aps but nothing changed
