We're still on the case, working hard to ensure the glitch doesn't catch anyone else off guard. Good news is, we've managed to fix the problem for quite a few players, but it looks like some of you are still experiencing a bit of a hiccup.
Here's a handy tip to try in the meantime:
There is a workaround and that is to replay and pass the level that your avatar keeps going back to. If you see there are no stars, you need to pass the level again. If there are start, you still need to play the level.
Now if this attempt does not help, please get back to us with the following information:
The level you are currently stuck on
The level you are supposed to be on
We will then pass your details to Support so they can manually restore your game.

I can't sync my pc with my phone. I tried to night to put the same data on my phone that I have on my pc in the "community" and got a message that "that password and name is already in use" - I don't know where to go from here they used to sort of match within a single game or so but now they don't sync at all
Hi there. I’m experiencing a syncing issue too. I’m on level 6198 on my iPhone but on my iPad it says I’m on level 577. I’ve tried all of the steps suggested to try and fix this issue but none of them work. So frustrating :( I would really appreciate if this could be resolved asap. My user ID is 13848419483.
