none of your suggestions work. As a matter of fact uninstall and reinstall only resulted in me losing all of my power ups. So if it is a known problem I suggest just waiting. I am currently at level 2283 and I had lost my place that would have been the end of this game for me. Btw I too am using a kindle pad so it seems that there is a common thread here

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the App store in your game! Which device are you using to play the game? And which version of the App you have right now?
Please never reinstall the game unless suggested by the King game team! Otherwise, just like you did, losing your saved lives and stored boosters is the side-affect of it😕

I was unable to connect to the App store to use extra lives on my Amazon Fire. I had passed all but the last level on Candy Royale and would have passed the last but could not due to not being able to connect. My device was connected to the internet and nothing I could do would rectify this. I lost 72 Gold bars, a long winning streak, and was not feeling one bit happy. But we have all had frustrations with this game happen and you just have to move on and hope it gets better. So far I have not gotten to the App store for 2 days with any restarts so I am going to try to update.

** With regards to the connection issue on your iPhone —> Can you please check which version of the App do you have right now?
