@QueenB @PummyRaj I have lost my Candy Necklace again for no apparent reason. This in now a regular occurrence which I have reported to you numerous times.
The loss of this feature for no apparent reason is nothing short of theft. Has it been reported ?? and if so why hasn't the problem been fixed ??
I have given up on the Chocolate Box as obviously there is not a Designer competent enough to fix the problem.

You assured me you were going to speak to the Design Studio about this. Either you haven't or they are just totally ignoring you and CCS players.
As I have stated previously, this is straight out fraud/theft as the boosters I have earned with the Candy Necklace are my property.
If the designers persist in fiddling with the game at the start of each week, a supervisor should be ensuring this is done competently.
This is not the way to treat valued players/customers.
Porque não recebi o ouro da caixa de chocolate sendo que eu assisti os vídeo para ganhar OVINS e usei para ganhar o prêmio. Era para usar 2, eu usei mais, beeem mais🙄 quero o meu ouro, pois já não e a primeira vez que não recebo, mesmo cumprindo os desafios.😏

Eu nunca ganhei os 30 ouros, porque eles roubam dizendo que não cumpri com as tarefas 🙄

I truly understand your frustration, and I'm sorry to hear that the issue with your Candy Necklace has happened again. Please know that your concerns have not been ignored. I've communicated this issue to the Design Studio multiple times, and while they are aware of it, they haven't been able to replicate the problem on their end, which is why the fix is taking longer than expected.
I assure you that this is a priority, and I’m pushing for a solution. In the meantime, I'll arrange for another round of compensation to be added to your game as a small token of our apologies for the inconvenience you've experienced.
