Candy crush saga Candy Royale does not work, it's not paying out the Gold bars you have earned

Apologies for the inconvenience, but we're currently experiencing an issue in Candy Royale, and a few players have mentioned not receiving their rewards.
Fear not, our studio team is on the case and is working diligently to fix the issue as swiftly as they can!
Oh!! Did you receive an automated email that tells you to try some troubleshooting steps like restart your device, etc., etc.,
If so, that is norm as it is the initial email we all receive after sending a compliant! Please don't pay attention to that, but send a reply through that email itself. You should see a note that says "to reply, type above this line". So, make sure to write a reply above that line (if you are using Gmail, as soon as you click on "reply", it will automatically take you above to that line👍️).
While writing your reply, please make sure to attach any screenshots you have to prove that you did win the Jackpot and the Gold Bar rewards were not added to the game.
After this, you might have to wait about 72 hours (depending on how busy they are)! If you did not hear from an agent by then, please send another reply from that automated email itself and remind them that you are still waiting to be helped!
I don't think it will take that longer as I have already reported this issue to our Community In-charge as I have seen almost 10 players complaining about this issue!!
If I have any update, I will get back to you tomorrow.

You will have to send a complaint to the King Player Support and request for your missing your reward. Looks like you are using a mobile device to play the game. Please use below steps to send your complaint⬇️

Du scheinst nicht zu verstehen, dass wir nicht für King arbeiten! Wir sind nur Candy Crush Spieler, genau wie du. Deshalb raten wir dir, King Support zu kontaktieren, denn nur King kann dies für dich in Ordnung bringen. Es ist am besten, wenn du das durch Einstellungen in deiner App tust. Geh auf das kleine rosa Zahnrad oben, dann klicke auf das Fragezeichen und dann klicke durch die Fragen bis du ganz unten "Contact Us" siehst. Dort kannst du King Player Support per Email erreichen. Ich habe mehrere Beschwerden gelesen genau wie deine von anderen, die ihren Gewinn von Candy Royale nicht erhalten haben. Es scheint ein Fehler unterlaufen zu sein.
@PummyRaj There have been a few complaints of players who didn't get their jackpot payout in Candy Royale these past few days. Has the event glitched and is there anything these people can do other than contact Player Support (which might send them back here….)?
Es ist echt richtig traurig dass man so viele Schritte machen muß um eine Belohnung zu erhalten die einen zusteht. Ist echt richtig schlecht von euch. Ich sehe nicht an dass ich überall tippen muss obwohl ihr alles habt wie auf der Hand. Leute in diesem Anleitung was ihr mir geschickt habt ist keine Lösung für mich. Wollt ihr mich verarschen?????habe schon längst alles geschickt was gebraucht wird....... Bei den Einstellungen was ihr mir vorschreibt gibt es diese Thema nicht was ich brauche. Einfach den Jackpot auszahlen was mir zusteht oder macht mal das Spiel Weg wenn da Leute verarscht sein sollte. Irgendwann ist die Grenze aber ech. Dass Man so lange kämpfen muss um dass das ihm zusteht ist echt ärgerlich.….

I got a pop up that I won 250 gold bars by sharing the pot with 1 other player but my gold bars have not been added to my account.
Today I logged into my account and then i received a pop up telling me i got 700 gold from an event (i dont really remember the title, but was the one that could give a total of 1400 gold), the thing is I didn't receive anything at all, how can I can solve this?

I have just come 2nd place in a challenge with 1 other player the reward was 500 gold bars to share so 250 gold bars, however only 70 was put on my ac ount?

Do you remember if the event you played was “Candy Royale” - where you will be playing between 5 levels to 21 levels and share a jackpot of 500 to 1200 Gold Bars with the players who won the race (out of 99 other players)?
Do you have any screenshots to show that you were supposed to receive 80 Gold Bars?

Deshalb ist es nicht so einfach wie du dir wünscht.
Hello @avivah You are not the only person who has posted about a problem with claiming their winnings from Candy Royale in the past few days. There may have been a problem with this event, and the Community Manager has been asked to look into this. Please be patient until she comes back tomorrow and hopefully will then pick this issue up for all of you.

Candy crush saga Candy Royale does not work, has NEVER worked, no rewards EVER given. Generic trouble shooting DOES NOT work. Older player, old programing problems?

Hello @KenzoQ We think there was an error in the last round of Candy Royale as a lot of other players have complained about this as well. Please be patient on this as the Community Manager has been alerted and will hopefully find out how you can all get the prize you earned.

Hello, why in Candy Royal when you have no left opponents (it is only you 1/100) and win the reward the prize is separated by 2?!?! This was not like that and it is not honest to get half prize.
As I have said, Candy Royale has NEVER rewarded me, ever. Please stop sending me everything that has Candy Royale in the text. It's in not a fix.
In the last week alone I have not received 63 Gold Bars, 144 Gold Bars and yesterday 38 Gold Bars from Candy Royale. I have posted all the particulars on another thread if you are looking for more details.
I have sent multiple online submissions to King Customer Care and I keep getting referred back to the Community with no explanation or a direct link to a specific thread that addresses my concerns.

This issue is definitely not fixed despite the indication in this post.
This morning Candy Royale at Tier 2 for 21 levels which I completed did not reward the 58 Gold Bars. Immediately after it loaded Candy Royale again at Tier 2 for another 21 levels. This time I did not receive yet another 58 Gold Bars for a second time after completion using a single life as required.
Candy Royale Tier 2 is loaded for a third time to play again with 21 levels to complete. This time I purposely got myself eliminated for the third round because I had enough to this event and it's internet connectivity messages. To date I have not received 361 Gold Bars from the Candy Royale Tiered Event. I have sent many submissions to King Customer Care and I keep getting referred here to the Community.
Please have someone investigate this and confirm if and when I will receive my Gold Bars. I have many screenshots to confirm what has happened but I am not sure exactly where I should be sending them anymore.

Candy Royale appeared yet again on my device this morning. Tier 1 this time for 18 wins. The event restarted three times for the 18 level wins before it actually started counting the levels that I was completing on a single life. I am happy to report that in the end this time that I did receive the 77 Gold Bars when I completed the event. Still curious where the other 361 Gold Bars have gone from previous wins that were not awarded to my game.

Candy Royale - I started playing this event today for 9 wins in a row. After winning two levels the requirements automatically changed to win 6 levels in a row. Then before this could be completed I was eliminated again after I crossed from one episode to the next.
Again, could this be investigated. I have received nothing from King Customer Care using the submission form right here in the Community.
