I can’t connect my game to App Store

I did find a work around, based on something someone else said in the forum. Opened the game (facebook, PC) in Firefox instead of Chrome and was able to buy gold bars from the store.
This is the error that pops up when trying to purchase gold.
Same issue since late yesterday.
Using a PC on Facebook.
September 1, 2024 Since I joined the community I can't connect to buy boosters to get through the game. It is so annoying because you get so far in the game and then you're bounced out of the game and lose your lead
Same here. Wonder if they are really trying to fix the problem - shouldn't take days. Guess I need to find another game to spend my money on!

Same here, performed all of the above, iphone 14 and now 15 ProMax-emailed support but this is going on at least 8 months. Stuck at 4914. I can play, but cannot continue, purchase, earn bonuses. I cannot use lives or request lives.

Hi @QueenB, I find the Help Centre isn't helpful. I'm still trying to get the 30 gold bars that I won in a contest here and all we've been doing these last couple of days is sending the same e-mails to each other! I won't be playing or taking part in any competitions for this game until this issue is fixed. I'm not wasting my time anymore, it takes the fun out of playing Candy Crush Saga.
Mine still isn't working either. 😔
And still not fixed on August 23rd after trying all of the fixes suggested. Very frustrating. Time to find a new game.

Still not working. I'm wondering what's going on here, if a big company is not able to fix such issues in over three months. I suspect it is intentional (earning more money if gold bars can not be used and tell the user it's a "bug").

Did everything possible what was mentioned but it doesnt help!!Still not connecting to App Store or to see my friends on the CCS list.Very annoying and it’s almost 2month!It happend after a update for the game!Hope it will be fixed soon.It’s not fun anymore and takes too long!!

Hi.... Writing many weeks later ... I still cannot access my gold, and do not get bonuses. All I can do is play a ngfhtmareishely hard level 5 times and then wait. It's frustrating and I am losing interest in the game. Am using C35 android. Everything updated. Cache cleared.
I feel Your frustration, tonite I was on the last level I needed to complete. I purchased bars so I could complete 16th and winning level and everything was going fine until I made my purchase. Instead of redirecting me back to My game it closed the app and reopened it so I lost all my progress for the whole evening. I could have cried I was so frustrated. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon. Thank You Everyone involved in making Candy Crush Saga one of those once in a lifetime Games!!!

I try to buy things before the match but I can't, even though I have enough gold to buy them.
I’ve rebooted, but it still won’t connect. Wheel just spins.
I have used alot of my candies and lives becuase I cannot access my bars.
I purchased more bars and used more candies and lives. I hope I get compensated for all the inconvenience and all candies I have used!

Hi - I have money on my playstore account but it won't let me purchase from the shop. It says error on your part. Due to connection issues we couldn't verify your purchase. Yes. I’ve had the same problem for the last 4-5 days. Can’t even save progress or log in as it says I have no internet/wifi. It’s ridiculous and needs sorting asap.

But, you are not alone! There are many other players that are experiencing the same issue since past week! We have been compiling all the complaints in our main thread —> Error in Contacting Store — Under Investigation (please click on the Green letters to check others' complaints).
The Candy Studio is investigating this issue! But, we do not have any update yet! But, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue!
