    Hello @rowdyrowleys Unfortunately you aren't the first person to complain about this issue, but at the moment there doesn't seem to be any sort of official response to the issue and all we can do is move on. It has disappeared from your game because the event has finished.

    You can try contacting King Support to ask if they will replace your missing rewards. They generally do not replace free boosters that have been won through the game, but they might as a gesture of goodwill.

    Same issue with Sam's sweet streak.

    I won but cannot collect. Error with unable to load the prize.

    Sams sweet streak

    unable to claim rewards as a dozen other people have stayed it, it’s been at least eight hours and I’ve still not been able to claim! Thanks for all you can do!

    Thanks for sharing your issue and unfortunately, several players are experiencing the same issues as you. However, the mod in charge is checking with the Studio about it. Meanwhile, you can counter check that you have the latest game versions so that you won't missed out anything. Also, you can bookmark this discussion for any updates on the issues.

    🤨 realized several players already had the issue because I could see on the message board all the screenshots! You seem to be very cavalier about this problem, but what you don’t realize is a lot of people, and I am one to spend quite a bit of money to play this game successfully because they enjoy it, and when we win a prize, we like the prize, not looking for Recognition just our prices that we have worked for and spent money to earn! I went back end of the game to see if anything had changed and now the Sams Streak game/leader board is even deleted! So how are we to plan our prices now or do you just send them to us? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m a little more concerned about your cavalier attitude, just play the game have fun well hell that’s why we do it because we have fun!
