Hey Sandman, when that happens to me, it makes me realise just how little skill is required to play the game. Far too often to be a coincidence I get stuck on a level for a day or two only to complete the level with moves to spare on another day.
If you read enough posts on here you will see that a lot of people think that the loss of your Win Streak is a deliberate ploy by King, and generally it occurs just before a Nightmarishly Hard/Odus level. That is, just when you really need extra boosters they are suspiciously taken away from you.
A sobering thought for you is that you are approaching level 4000 and King happily admit that levels 4000-5000 are some of the most difficult in the game.
