Thank you @kiara_wael @Doondie @Diamond_Lim for trying to help me. I was trying to change the information in my profile from Mazza50 to something else, so I could use my first name. I contacted customer support and they mailed me links into the community, which was no help. I checked my junk folder and the confirmations were all there, but it still didn't work for Debbie4. I decided start over and try this again, everything seems to be working properly now. I've been getting burned alot lately. When I'm out of moves & I choose to watch the ads for bonus moves & such,when I get to the 3rd & most important bonus,the ad pops up,but it has the arrow that spins in circles on it.
