Cannot get connected on my galaxy 23 ultra. Do not have FB.....have Google Play store app. Cannot sign out. Have rebooted many times. No rewards no giving lives to friends no contests no rewards just able to play levels with no credits no purchases....why can't somebody at King resolve the issue. Sent several emails keep getting 2 automated links for here....I am in Limbo please help. Tried playing same level many x nothing...

I qualified for Candy Cup I need to get reconnected.

Please note am using app not FB...have logged into iPad no events no friends just gold bars and a level lower. Deleted game from there.

The gal who said she helped me did not no comprehension of my situation. All my posts are missing.

Finally got someone at King. Mal whom was kind enough to help me get back on track. Some of my inventory was replenished. However I did purchase quite a bit of items and gold yesterday and today. I have to keep the charger in the mobile whilst playing but I have no choice. Just can't take it to my doctor visits as I don't think my portable battery will work in the antiquated Nokia.

Thank you for wishing me luck. Just returned from doctor. Not very encouraging.Appreciate all you have assisted me with. In other words cannot uninstall & reinstall on this device....then I will lose what I have on my old Nokia from ions ago.

Just curious when I signed in the level progress was not synced. It showed levels I had already passed & had to do then all again.

I tried so many times to go to the help centre o. this phone my galaxy 23 ultra it will not go past did this help you yes or no?

Tried with airplane mode on & off as suggested with just provider on alone, then network with just WiFi...sometimes I see the Cup advert in events most times there are only 3 thi gs there & the screen is frozen. Why does this hsppen? Cleared the cache again.. owned what I cannot even contact them? This phone isn't even a year old purchased it with a preorder it was brand new. Never have any problems with it. So why is this occurring? Is it Google? Just cannot comprehend this.

Playing on the old Nokia isn't easy as it keeps losing its charge. My Ipad when I sign in says no events & has me levels behind...I thought the account was supposed to be synced no matter where you play. If I sign into Ipad I will lose what I have now on the Nokia?

One more thing when you uninstall King thinks you are deleting the account so if you do a reinstall it would be like starting o er?

Any ideas how I might contact whom you asked me too when the contact us doesn't show up?

Tn any event can never uninstall game from here I'm just stuck with it ot working...

When the game app gets deleted from a device, you will lose any saved items such as boosters, lives and also in some cases access to certain features in the game. This is because these items are not stored in to our servers but on the device it was accepted on, so you will only be losing the items from the device you deleted the game from.

Only your level progress and Gold Bars will be backed to our serve so you need to make sure you use the correct email address in order to sync your progress back.

Now I have reached out to Player Support regarding your case as they are more capable more resources and better equipped to help you out but, you need to reach out them via the game and from the device you wish to keep playing on.

Can you open the game on the device you are having issues with and see if you can follow these steps in order to contact support:

Sorry 4 bothering you. Cannot play on old Nokia device it loses battery after 15 minutes...nothing is showing up in features either...Since am always on the road going to physicians appointments this phone won't be of any good to me.

What will happen if I uninstall the game on my phone & reinstall it? Please advise. I've lost so much after working so hard....this game sadly is the only one that keeps me going these days. Have many health problems since my first Pfizer dose along with long Covid. Have never been the same since...am now dealing with high BP IBS back pain migraines etc never ever had before the dose....my physicians all agree...I go to a f to excellent specialists...my life has changed so much since that first dose...was warned not to take any others even by Pfizer. Seems something in the dose gave me an allergic reaction. Also have shortness of breath & much fatigue. A petson whom was constantly active athletic & always travelling. Sorry for telling you all this however it will help you to understand why I started playing again after so many years. I play Suduko & Wordle but due to my migraines it's harder to concentrate. This game keeps me going.

So you are able to play on a different device that does not have connection issue but your problem is that you do not have any of your inventory available correct?

If yes, that is normal as boosters and lives gets stored on the device they got accepted on so they do not get synced like your game progress and Gold Bars do.

If I can get your Game ID, I will be happy to reach out to Player Support and see if there is anything they can compensate you for so you have some of your inventory back.

I am so desperate keep getting same links from King no replies, not even write above this line. In my son's mobile I can see contests however no inventory which I spent much time & funds on.Also all my lives given to me by my friends. Cannot understand why my top notch mobile has bmno connection yet I can get it on my son's phone. I should have never cleared the cache that killed it for mre on other devices. I spent funds 2day to pass levels already passed on this phone.I think it is only fair if I show screenshot of in entry and lives that King put back all. I was advised ti do something I should have never done. I LOST EVERYTHING except my friends. Losing in races I easily win as I couldn't get connection in my mobile. GOOGLE was of no help at olaystore in fact I spent funds there as well not knowing it wasn't good for in app purchases. The Cup begins in a day.. I want all my inventory & lives back. Even if I have to use another device. The idea of logging in is to keep your progress well that wasn't the case fir me!!! The fact that KING keeps sending tge same links in lieu of handling my problem is quite annoying. I am imploring you to please reach out to someone higher uo for me as what transpired wasn't fair. I' had been given incorrect info more than once. Now am saddled with great losses.

I am now at a loss. I have been ill a d playing Candy crush to distract ne. I truly worked quite hard to win 71 championship races consecutively, Sam & weekly contests too. Along with qualifying 2x in first place for Candy Cuo. I am now left with nothing after all the hours I put in. If you can play on any device everything levels inventory contests and all should be there this isn't the case at all. So please contact a higher up to retrieve what I lost based on inept information.

Please please help meba tad more to gain back what I lost due to the lack of response from King. the incorrect instructions received and the fact my game is not synced properly within my account. This us through no fault of my own. So please .see what might be accomplished since time is running out. Most important factors is tmventiry, the account not bring synced the long period of non connectivity and all the time I worked so hard in building up my credentials along with 71 consecutive wins in championship races. My friends know they can depend on ne for lives which I always accept. I also give them second lives all of them after 40 minutes even whilst playing the game I even give new friends a life as a gesture for becoming a new one.

Cleared my cache the app works on my son's mobile...however all my props r gone cannot purchase don't want to use his account. Besides he cannot give me his phone as uses ait he works remotely. Why is it working on his phone even though all my props r gone. I did get my reward for crew. AND the events are there. What would happen if I also cleared my data nestles the cache on my Samsung? Am totally perplexed

I wish it was that easy to just gain access to your game and solve the issue but it does not work like that.

Only you can attempt to solve the issue with our guidance of course and it starting to sound that you might have to reinstall the game app.

But before we do that, I would like you to try clearing the game app cache, go to:

Settings > Apps > select the game> scroll all the way down and Clear cache.

As for your question if you will be able to get back to your Candy Cup position and keep all your other progress made in other events, I cannot promise you that you will keep this but there are no other options if clearing the cache doesn't help to solve this issue.

What else may I do to get this resolved? Cannot anyone in your IT department assist with this major problem. I lost funds playing same levels again which another community member suggested I do. Let me ask you this if & when I get connected again will I lose my eligibility for Candy Cuo round 3 & my 71 consecutive championship races. I love this game & play it quite well. Always send lives & then again later on to the friends whom requested them. I have won Sam's several x..weekly many x & enjoy the game. I haven't a clue as to how this happened on a playstore app. As I mentioned closed my FB account ages ago too many followers took up too much time & privacy. Actually gave up all social media due to T-Mobile hacking 3x. All my info on dark web. Had to hire 2 companies to watch my accounts. Suggested to get off all social media I had left i.e. Instagram & Twitter.

Ready to give up on ga.e as do not want to start all o er again after reaching 2000nhelponh friends etc.

Currently, there is a glitch with the Community system!! And, I too am experiencing that some of the posts are missing!! I was answering your previous post where you have posted a screenshot of your game events screen, and complained that some of your posts are missing!!

While I was writing my answer, the page suddenly changed and I could not find my answer anymore!! I will report about it to our Community Manager and find out what's going on!! Please bear with us!!

Have not received your reply on how to get reconnected again. Just tried again still not working. The Candy Cup is in 2 days. Have lost all contests, rewards, my friends do not have correct levels by their names cannot send lives. The entire app is messed up. King sent email advising they requested more info never got that request. Just automated replys-the same ones over & over with the 2 automated links. They said if they didn't get the info within 3 days they were going to close my ticket? Never received a ticket number either. Think there's a huge glitch with all. Please advise would greatly appreciate same.

As promised, I was trying to write to you again and I was experiencing glitches again!! I have reported to our Community Manager, about the issue with your comments disappearing and for me to not able to post a reply for you!!

I will try to answer point by point…

my friends do not have correct levels by their names cannot send lives. The entire app is messed up…

If the issue is “profile coming soon” at your friends’ profile icons, it is not an issue in your game! The Candy studio is making some changes and the feature is still being tested!!
For now, all you can do is keep on sending requests for lives, and they can send you lives through your requests;

King sent email advising they requested more info never got that request. Just automated replys-the same ones over & over with the 2 automated links. They said if they didn't get the info within 3 days they were going to close my ticket? Never received a ticket number either.

Those automated emails are the initial responses from the Player Support team;
If you notice the email they sent, you will see “reply above this line” (or something like that). So, all you need to do is, write your reply and explain what’s going on in the game. If possible, add all the screenshots you have saved;
Yeah! I too have noticed that! They are not giving “ticket numbers” anymore!! I think the initial email we received from them works as a ticket, I guess!!
Closing a ticket in 3 days is their norm. Please don’t worry about it and send a reply to them, as soon as you read this;

Since you have already contacted the Player Support team, I will not report about your issue to our Community In-charge! But, please come back and let me know if you need any further assistance👍

Now I have reached out to Player Support regarding your case as they are more capable more resources and better equipped to help you out but, you need to reach out them via the game and from the device you wish to keep playing on.

Can you open the game on the device you are having issues with and see if you can follow these steps in order to contact support:

Then scroll down until you see this topic:

Now scroll all the way down and select Contact Us:
