    @QueenB one more screenshot won the crew reward due to my winning most levels this is what it shows....no reward given either

    I wish it was that easy to just gain access to your game and solve the issue but it does not work like that.

    Only you can attempt to solve the issue with our guidance of course and it starting to sound that you might have to reinstall the game app.

    But before we do that, I would like you to try clearing the game app cache, go to:

    Settings > Apps > select the game> scroll all the way down and Clear cache.

    As for your question if you will be able to get back to your Candy Cup position and keep all your other progress made in other events, I cannot promise you that you will keep this but there are no other options if clearing the cache doesn't help to solve this issue.

    @QueenB

    Cleared my cache the app works on my son's mobile...however all my props r gone cannot purchase don't want to use his account. Besides he cannot give me his phone as uses ait he works remotely. Why is it working on his phone even though all my props r gone. I did get my reward for crew. AND the events are there. What would happen if I also cleared my data nestles the cache on my Samsung? Am totally perplexed

    I am so desperate keep getting same links from King no replies, not even write above this line. In my son's mobile I can see contests however no inventory which I spent much time & funds on.Also all my lives given to me by my friends. Cannot understand why my top notch mobile has bmno connection yet I can get it on my son's phone. I should have never cleared the cache that killed it for mre on other devices. I spent funds 2day to pass levels already passed on this phone.I think it is only fair if I show screenshot of in entry and lives that King put back all. I was advised ti do something I should have never done. I LOST EVERYTHING except my friends. Losing in races I easily win as I couldn't get connection in my mobile. GOOGLE was of no help at olaystore in fact I spent funds there as well not knowing it wasn't good for in app purchases. The Cup begins in a day.. I want all my inventory & lives back. Even if I have to use another device. The idea of logging in is to keep your progress well that wasn't the case fir me!!! The fact that KING keeps sending tge same links in lieu of handling my problem is quite annoying. I am imploring you to please reach out to someone higher uo for me as what transpired wasn't fair. I' had been given incorrect info more than once. Now am saddled with great losses.

    I am now at a loss. I have been ill a d playing Candy crush to distract ne. I truly worked quite hard to win 71 championship races consecutively, Sam & weekly contests too. Along with qualifying 2x in first place for Candy Cuo. I am now left with nothing after all the hours I put in. If you can play on any device everything levels inventory contests and all should be there this isn't the case at all. So please contact a higher up to retrieve what I lost based on inept information.

    I sincerely thank you with the utmost gratitude vfor all your patience and assistance on my behalf.

    Please please help meba tad more to gain back what I lost due to the lack of response from King. the incorrect instructions received and the fact my game is not synced properly within my account. This us through no fault of my own. So please .see what might be accomplished since time is running out. Most important factors is tmventiry, the account not bring synced the long period of non connectivity and all the time I worked so hard in building up my credentials along with 71 consecutive wins in championship races. My friends know they can depend on ne for lives which I always accept. I also give them second lives all of them after 40 minutes even whilst playing the game I even give new friends a life as a gesture for becoming a new one.

    Thanks for getting back to us!

    So you are able to play on a different device that does not have connection issue but your problem is that you do not have any of your inventory available correct?

    If yes, that is normal as boosters and lives gets stored on the device they got accepted on so they do not get synced like your game progress and Gold Bars do.

    If I can get your Game ID, I will be happy to reach out to Player Support and see if there is anything they can compensate you for so you have some of your inventory back.

    HERE is how you can find your ID.

    Thank you however an having difficulties playing on a very old device. Why can't anything be done to unfreeze my game and connect again? Whose fault is it? Also all my lives are gone as well...I won't be able to participate in next round either.

    Truly is unfair. Also the game was not synced with levels as well...

    Never ever received a response from KING...Still getting automated emails with 2 links & no where to respond.

    Whom may I go to so I can use my game again on my phone..Samsung Google. I travel to physicians quite often...don't want to carry an extra phone besides the one I'm trying to use losses power quite quickly...it's that old.

    Sorry 4 bothering you. Cannot play on old Nokia device it loses battery after 15 minutes...nothing is showing up in features either...Since am always on the road going to physicians appointments this phone won't be of any good to me.

    What will happen if I uninstall the game on my phone & reinstall it? Please advise. I've lost so much after working so hard....this game sadly is the only one that keeps me going these days. Have many health problems since my first Pfizer dose along with long Covid. Have never been the same since...am now dealing with high BP IBS back pain migraines etc never ever had before the dose....my physicians all agree...I go to a f to excellent specialists...my life has changed so much since that first dose...was warned not to take any others even by Pfizer. Seems something in the dose gave me an allergic reaction. Also have shortness of breath & much fatigue. A petson whom was constantly active athletic & always travelling. Sorry for telling you all this however it will help you to understand why I started playing again after so many years. I play Suduko & Wordle but due to my migraines it's harder to concentrate. This game keeps me going.

    When the game app gets deleted from a device, you will lose any saved items such as boosters, lives and also in some cases access to certain features in the game. This is because these items are not stored in to our servers but on the device it was accepted on, so you will only be losing the items from the device you deleted the game from.

    Only your level progress and Gold Bars will be backed to our serve so you need to make sure you use the correct email address in order to sync your progress back.

    Now I have reached out to Player Support regarding your case as they are more capable more resources and better equipped to help you out but, you need to reach out them via the game and from the device you wish to keep playing on.

    Can you open the game on the device you are having issues with and see if you can follow these steps in order to contact support:

    On the searchfield, type Connection issues:

    Then scroll down until you see this topic:

    Now scroll all the way down and select Contact Us:

    Let me know when you have done this so I can ping support back πŸ˜‰
