The game is stuck after completing the adventure path. The claim button does not work and I cannot enter the game beyond this point. Help!!

Our Candy Community In-charge has reported the issue to the game Studio, as we have been receiving frequent complaints about the rewards glitch!!

I am having the same exact issue, but tried turning game on and off but it did not resolve it. My only option is to keep re doing level 5. I have no option to go back to the main screen.

I am sorry to hear about the issue with Adventure Path rewards. Some players are experiencing this issue and it was reported to the game studio to investigate.
Apart from the issue with claiming rewards, are you able to exit from the window and play the game OR experiencing issue with that too?

Are you just missing the rewards or does the pop up to collect the rewards get stuck as well? Are you able to keep playing even after not being able to se your rewards?

If you checked in the App Store, did you see "Update" button next to Candy Crush Saga game? If you didn't notice before, can you open the App store and see if there are any updates available?
If there is one available, click on that "update" to install it. Updates improve the performance of the events and features🙂

To find the game App version, I am giving you the way that I follow on my iPad!! I am sure that on iPhone also it should work☺️
Open the "Settings" -- open "Storage" -- Select "Apps" -- Click on Candy Crush Saga -- you should see the details like App size, etc., along with the version number just below the name of the game. It should be 1.265.3 or up!!
You will be able to find it in App Store also --> App store -- enter game name in the search bar -- click on the name (Candy Crush Saga) but not on "Open" tab -- scroll down a little and you should find the App version number at "What's new" area👍️👍️

Your feedback on the Adventure Path issue has been reported to the developers but just to confirm, is it blocking you both from playing the game?
So when will this event and the season mastery be rolled to the rest of us? The majority of players don't have either event?

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel.
