I was at level 350 when i reset my phone. I was not connected to facebook. How can i get my game progress back? Game ID - 5988345281
In our Kingdom there are players from all over the world and from all walks of life. You might be a new to the game or you have been conquering tricky levels for years.
One thing however is for sure: You do not want to lose your levels.
Whether you would drop your phone in the bath or fancy changing hardware, rest assured King has your game progress safe and sound. That is if you have the game saved either through your Facebook or Kingdom account.
The option on saving the game through Facebook is presented right away when you open your game app. It's very simple, just be sure to connect the game to the correct Facebook account!
If rather play connected to Kingdom, you can find the option from the in-game settings.
Now you might come across issues with retrieving your saved levels. Either on a new device or on your current one. As there are different device types, there are different tips and tricks to get you back on track.
Select this option if you are playing on an Android device
Select this option if you are playing on an Apple device
If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check out our tips here on how to do it successfully.
If you have not saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.
What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and make your way to us through here and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"

Hi, my mum has been being playing this game for quite a well on bluestacks. The computer and crashed when recovered everything got wiped. She was at like at level 1450+. Please can you help?

Hi, the same thing happened to me on Jelly Saga. I went back down to level 1 and I don't remember ever logging in with email or fb. Please help! Thank you!
Lost all my progress as well. Pressed the face book sync button by mistake. I was on 1100 odd level and now down to 1. Not happy at all. Please help
I'm experiencing the same issue; my game reset back to level 1, I never connected with Facebook, and the game doesn't recognize my email addresses, so I'm guessing I never logged in using anything other than GameCenter.

Hi I am having the same problem! Couldn't connect to the kingdom, so followed instructions to reinstall. Then it prompted me to connect to Facebook, upon which I promptly lost all boosters and it bumped me back in levels. Any way I can get this restored?

My dad was playing candy crush while connected to Facebook then it disconnected him from there while keeping his levels. He tried to reconnect but it said to connect to my personal Facebook where I’ve played 5 levels on there. My dad was on level 2232 ish and he lost it all, can anyone help?
I have restored my phone from a backup but lost all levels to Candy Crush Saga, I was around level 915 or so. I never played it through facebook and tried my email addresses in the Kingdom and they didn't work. Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
