Few other Android device players are also experiencing same issue from past few weeks. It was reported and being investigated. HERE is the link if you would like to check that out.

Click on that link and fill out the form & submit it. You will be receiving an automated email which is an acknowledgement. A real agent should be contacting you within 72 hours and help you out.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!
