I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Candy Store!! Which device are you using? Is it an Android (Samsung, LG, etc.,) or Apple device?

It's ok! Don't worry!! I am just making sure about the issue by asking various questions, and figure out the solution!
Few other Android device players are also experiencing same issue from past few weeks. It was reported and being investigated. HERE is the link if you would like to check that out.
Since you did not make a purchase with real money, I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team through this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
Click on that link and fill out the form & submit it. You will be receiving an automated email which is an acknowledgement. A real agent should be contacting you within 72 hours and help you out.
