Are you playing on a single device or multiple devices? We have received some more complaints about this issue. I have reported about it, but we have to wait to hear back till mid next week, as all the Kingsters are gone for the Holidays!
Please do try @Peaches12 suggestion -- replay level 9721 and win it, and see if resolves the issue👍️

Very glad to know that the "sync" issue was resolved in your game!
Do you remember what might have caused that? We have couple more players with the same issue! And, I have requested them to wait till New Year's, as the Kingsters are not here to check our complaint!

I am sorry I have no idea, it wasn't after an iPhone or candy crush update. I restarted the game and the devices at least 25 times each in the over the week it was all wonky. When I was playing on the unsynced phone I was just replaying levels but I was basically doing it to get rewards replenished after losing on the delete of game. I knew they would go but after days of trying to resolve I was desperate. So happy it resolved resolved without a candy crush update and I can compete in weekly challenge.
