Game not working on Google Chrome

I tried to check in my old computer and it has Windows 8. Hence, I couldn't check if Windows7 is the one that is causing issue!!

Like I said in my initial comment, can you please try to open the game on a different browser (Internet Explorer/Edge, Firefox, etc.,) and see if the game loads properly? Also, like Alienscar mentioned, please open the game in "Incognito Window".

Please let me know how it goes! Once you try all the troubleshooting steps, I can report to our Community In-charge and seek their assistance👍️

Does it have the facility to download App version of the game? If so, are you playing through Chrome browser or the App version?
