The issue you describe has been complained about by a lot of people, so I guess King must be having some kind of server issues.

Please read the information from @PummyRaj in the thread linked below to see if that helps you restore your gold (click on the green view post button).

My gold bars are all gone ( I had around 630), my friends and lives in the envelope are also gone. My name name changed to me and my picture also changed. It happened just after I won a race.
