Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and the Gold Bars should reload in your game.
If the Gold Bars still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

Luckily, you are not the only one with this glitch as we have received few more complaints about same issue.
** When the issue is not isolated, it will be looked at quickly.
Just for me to be aware, can you tell me which device you are using?

Hi all
I play candycrush on my android phone,but yesterday i wanted to try it on my ipad so i installed it and logged in with my king account, started playing a few level, same level as on my android device. But when i opened the game on my android phone, it showed a different user image, so i logged out and logged back in again but password was incorrect for some reason, so i reset the password (used the same password to log in on ipad, it worked) to a new one. Logged in to see my progress was level 11 all the way from 3500 + level. Idon't know how this happened, but the level on my ipad is also 11 now. Please help
