I get the spinning wheel to connect to store. I've rebooted, forced stop, signed out. Can't spend any money! Help

none of your suggestions work. As a matter of fact uninstall and reinstall only resulted in me losing all of my power ups. So if it is a known problem I suggest just waiting. I am currently at level 2283 and I had lost my place that would have been the end of this game for me. Btw I too am using a kindle pad so it seems that there is a common thread here

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, which device are you using? If you are on a mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, can you check which version of the App do you have right now?
Also, what do you mean by "you cannot invite anyone" and "ask for help"?

Keeps saying can't connect. I haven't received rewards in months. I can't invite anyone or ask for help. I'm stuck!
I contacted support and they know its an issue and they are looking into it. While its annoying, at least I am saving money and time for almost a week.
Same here. Its ridiculous, you win gold bars can't use them and get a streak going and they take it away. Getting so fed up with this game

Some other players are also experiencing this issue with Kindle Fire device. It was reported to the Game Team and they are investigating it. Please keep an eye one this (Green lettered) thread for updates on the issue. —> Amazon devices not connecting to Store
We do not have the ETA on the fix yet! But, please do not reinstall your game unless suggested by a Kingster (They are Community Managers and you will see their comments with Blue background), as you will lose all your saved boosters and those will not be reimbursed!

I am using Kindle Fire HD 10.
I have all updates. Do not want to uninstall and reinstall because I will lose all of my boosters. I know I can log back in and will retain gold bars, but I don't want to have to purchase that many new boosters at this time. I am using Kindle Fire HD 10.

sounds frustrating. it might be a glitch with the game. try these steps:
if none of this works, it could be an issue on their end, so you might have to wait for a fix. you can also reach out to their support team for help.
At the end of my candy crush level, I keep getting a message that it is trying to connect to store (so that I can use gold bars to play on), but it locks up. I have internet and can contact store on other games. I have rebooted several times.
Ready to ditch game also. They need to fix this problem yesterday.

Second time in 3 weeks! Uninstalled Facebook, force stopped Candy Crush, cleared cache, and still can't get through. I'm disgusted and ready to ditch the game all together!
I'm experiencing the same problem on my Redmi Note 11 Pro+ device. Store cant load and i cant get extra moves. I've tried clearing cache, updating the game, signing out and signing back in but none of that has helped. I need help please.
I tried all the steps you indicated above. It worked for a couple of plays then when back to the spinning again and unable to connect to to App store.

Candy crush saga recently. Updated App. Since then when I play I can't continue game with gold bars.. Says can not connect to app store. I tried clearing cache and restarted..I then uninstalled game and lost 88 lives but not the goldbars. How can I fix this?

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the App store in your game! Which device are you using to play the game? And which version of the App you have right now?
Please never reinstall the game unless suggested by the King game team! Otherwise, just like you did, losing your saved lives and stored boosters is the side-affect of it😕

I was unable to connect to the App store to use extra lives on my Amazon Fire. I had passed all but the last level on Candy Royale and would have passed the last but could not due to not being able to connect. My device was connected to the internet and nothing I could do would rectify this. I lost 72 Gold bars, a long winning streak, and was not feeling one bit happy. But we have all had frustrations with this game happen and you just have to move on and hope it gets better. So far I have not gotten to the App store for 2 days with any restarts so I am going to try to update.
For several days I have no been able to contact the store to add color bombs, striped candy, add more lives to a game or get any more games. Have been told it's being worked on. Anyone else have the same issue? I am on level 14,262. Thanks
