You are not alone in the issue with Kindle Fire devices. We have some more players that are experiencing same issue. It has been reported on Monday and being investigated by the Candy Studio team.
We do not have an ETA on the fix yet! But, please keep an eye on our main thread (click on the Green letters) for updates —> Amazon device not connecting to Store
