My progress from my smartphone will not sync correctly on my Chromebook. I am many levels behind and I do not want to keep playing the same boards over and over. How can I fix this?

Thank you! I just completed what was told and it's still a no go. On my phone I am on the correct level 6377 and on the Chromebook book it's 5196.

sounds annoying. try these steps to fix it:
if this doesn't work, try clearing the cache on both devices and restarting them. if the issue continues, you might need to reach out to candy crush support for more help.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingโฆ
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
