I am having this same issue (wasn’t a problem yesterday & for months before). The app & my phone are up to date. Tried restarting my phone, issue is still happening (even if I swipe up to the control center and press play again). Unfortunately I will not be playing this game again until the issue is fixed as I don’t enjoy it if I’m not listening to something.

i have no sound on my devices. Settings on my phone and candy crush are normal. Somi dont get it?

when i open the game and it’s connected to the internet my music or any media being played stops.And I can’t play it until i close the game.Why is that so??
