    Wir sind keine Mitarbeiter! Wir sind Spieler, genau wie du auch. Auch PummyRaj hat keine Möglichkeit, in dein Account zu gelangen. Das kann nur ein Mitarbeiter von King. Bitte gedulde dich bis morgen, wenn QueenB wiederkommt. QueenB ist die Einzige hier, die für King arbeitet und direkten Kontakt zu King aufnehmen kann. Deshalb ist es nicht so einfach wie du dir wünscht.

    Hello @avivah You are not the only person who has posted about a problem with claiming their winnings from Candy Royale in the past few days. There may have been a problem with this event, and the Community Manager has been asked to look into this. Please be patient until she comes back tomorrow and hopefully will then pick this issue up for all of you.

    Candy Royale showed I received 134 gold bars but none were added to my account.

    But, I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the reward into your game! There must be some glitch going on with this feature as I have seen multiple complaints today🤔

    You will have to send a complaint to the King Player Support and request for your missing your reward.

    (1) If you are playing on Facebook browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.), please use this link to send your compliant —> https://soporto.king.com/contact

    (2) If you are using a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11 to play the game. Please use below steps to send your complaint⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
    • Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • In the Help Center, go down to "Events" and click on it;
    • Look for "Candy Royale" and click on it;
    • Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
    • Fill the form and send your complaint.

    Candy crush saga Candy Royale does not work, has NEVER worked, no rewards EVER given. Generic trouble shooting DOES NOT work. Older player, old programing problems?

    Hello @KenzoQ We think there was an error in the last round of Candy Royale as a lot of other players have complained about this as well. Please be patient on this as the Community Manager has been alerted and will hopefully find out how you can all get the prize you earned.
