I can’t connect my game to App Store

At end of game it comes up contacting app store so I cannot continue. also I cannot buy from the shop

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
But, you are not alone! There are many other players that are experiencing the same issue since past week! We have been compiling all the complaints in our main thread —> Error in Contacting Store — Under Investigation (please click on the Green letters to check others' complaints).
The Candy Studio is investigating this issue! But, we do not have any update yet! But, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue!

Yes. I’ve had the same problem for the last 4-5 days. Can’t even save progress or log in as it says I have no internet/wifi. It’s ridiculous and needs sorting asap.
I have also lost 30 gold bars because of the app freezing and not connecting to the App Store.

Hi - I have money on my playstore account but it won't let me purchase from the shop. It says error on your part. Due to connection issues we couldn't verify your purchase. This issue appears to be going on for over a week now with no resolve. There is lots of discussion about it but no feedback.
Error message stating “contacting app store” but just get the wheel of death and nothing loads.
@QueenB has also brought it to our attention on 02/07/24. Please could someone/administrators provide us with an update.
There are no bonus ads/spins at the beginning of a game. No options to watch ads/gain bonuses at the end of a game. Also unable to purchase any boosters (hammer/ufo).
And if I try to log in it says I have no internet or WiFi. Which I do. And have tried on a different Wi-Fi connection and on data only.
Have tried all the options suggested but none of them work.
I am on level 11929 and obviously don’t want to log off/delete anything and lose my progress.
Would love this to be get sorted as is currently spoiling my playing pleasure.
