I feel Your frustration, tonite I was on the last level I needed to complete. I purchased bars so I could complete 16th and winning level and everything was going fine until I made my purchase. Instead of redirecting me back to My game it closed the app and reopened it so I lost all my progress for the whole evening. I could have cried I was so frustrated. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon. Thank You Everyone involved in making Candy Crush Saga one of those once in a lifetime Games!!!
Hi.... Writing many weeks later ... I still cannot access my gold, and do not get bonuses. All I can do is play a ngfhtmareishely hard level 5 times and then wait. It's frustrating and I am losing interest in the game. Am using C35 android. Everything updated. Cache cleared.

Did everything possible what was mentioned but it doesnt help!!Still not connecting to App Store or to see my friends on the CCS list.Very annoying and it’s almost 2month!It happend after a update for the game!Hope it will be fixed soon.It’s not fun anymore and takes too long!!
