This is the error that pops up when trying to purchase gold.
I did find a work around, based on something someone else said in the forum.
Opened the game (facebook, PC) in Firefox instead of Chrome and was able to buy gold bars from the store.
I am also using a PC on Facebook with the same problem. They are for sure losing money on this one!
I can finally connect with the app store to buy boosters when I want. Thank you everyone for your help. I had no idea this community existed and I am very happy I joined.

I play via PC (Windows 10) and when the game last updated the ability to save game progress is no longer available.
2/2 I then downloaded and logged into the game using my parents PC (also Windows 10) and here is the game map... As you can see it's taken me back 21 levels with 0 Gold Bars. @QueenB
You stated nearly a month ago that "if the issue persists, please contact the King Player Support team for further assistance." Firstly there is no "Contact Us" link on the page and secondly after emailing them as suggested, we are redirected to https://kingcare.zendesk.com/hc /
and after repeatedly explaining after an exchange of about 6 emails I get the same response. I've just replied to their last email and I know what my reply is going to be…I am getting the same answers from them.I am playing on my Iphone and it’s already 3months that it doesn’t work and nobody cares.I can’t believe that is such a big problem to fix it!!!The updates for the game continue every week but it doesn’t fix the connecting to the App store problem at all!Very frustrating and making me mad.There is no explain what is happening and when it will be fixed.It’ s just that they know about the issue and will fix it.But nothing happens.I found one that complains having the problem 6months!!!!!Crazy!!
I think this is all we will hear from them. I don't know if I should file an error report for their email not working… I've been reading some reviews that dated back as far as 2021 that they couldn't connect back then!! I don't know how long they had to wait until it was all back to normal. Strange how they can't fix this issue and why it's always recurring…

Yes a proper answer on when contacting the app store issue will be fixed would great. It has been months now. I have 100s of gold bars that I can't access. I have given up playing in sheer frustration and now just come back once a week to check if fixed.
