Contacting Player support is a joke, since they just reply with a generic message and refer us back to the community managers
Sorry about this confusion but that is what I was I told yesterday by the Community Manager to advise everyone to do! Yesterday we were advised to contact Player Support about this, but the advice has now changed. QueenB has just posted about it. Check her reply here:

how exactly will we be compensated? And when will this be fixed? This is actually the first time I bought the advanced feature early in the week just because I wanted the 8 lives vs usual 5 lives as soon as possible. Very upsetting to spend the money and have this happen

hi I purchased the season pass earlier this week. I still have the 8 lives but I no longer have the other boosters , such as the 30 min unlimited lives or the piñata thing . This isn’t right as I a paid for it . Can this get fixed or I can get credited ?

How long before you restore the Season Pass. Very unfair that people paid for this and unable to use. I’m expecting a refund if this isn’t fixed.
Mine disappeared also plus my daily reward is nor updating! Very frustrating!
