Build a Bot boosters available for previous levels

So sorry about the confusion. My question is about Soda players having their events missing. As in Candy Crush, were they removed because they were originally given to the players inadvertently; i.e., as the result of a flaw introduced by the studio? It seems odd that both groups would be simultaneously upset about the removal or change of events that they were given due to studio errors.

Hey everybody especially @Elsa. & @Pummy_RajWhat level are you on? Have you noticed you can win way more with the new challenges and get more moves out of the new build a bot. It took me a while to realize this.

however, I believe you guys but i’m still not believing they didn’t know what’s going on when they own the game and could have known that was how it worked......

Now we are both confusing the games. What I wrote above was for Saga. Saga has events showing but not the way the players expected. Soda has all the events missing and the Soda players are upset too.

Thank you, but I guess I didn't word my question correctly. You previously said that the Soda players were upset that events were taken away that gave them free boosters. Was that also because of a flaw in the game that has now been corrected?

No not at all. It was Candy Crush Saga and their event, Build-a-Bot. The players did not realize that it was a flaw when they introduced it to the players. They were able to go back to older levels to play this event to build up free boosters. When the studio realized what they had done, they fixed it but then the players were all in an uproar that they couldn't go back to the lower levels. It turned out that the event was not intended to be used on older levels and that was explained in the community by the community manager on Friday. Nothing to do with CC Soda Saga at all.

I’ve sadly deleted the game and I was on Level 4460. the bot has ruined the game and I no longer enjoyed it. Shame on you King. I’m sure other long term players have done the same.

@Crimson_Dawn - you are really rocking it! Way to go. Soon you will be with what some of us called the ‘Wednesday Club’ where we have to wait for 30 new levels each Wednesday.

Just out of curiosity, were the CC Soda players told their loss of free boosters was the result of fixing a prior error by the developers?

Mercerek, this whole board is full of posts, as well as King have verified it as "testing", that people get different offers, have different number of moves on levels, have different prices on things in the shop, etc. I don't know why you refuse to believe this. It's not a glitch, and it's not just one person or one OS.

I am sorry, I didn't intend to offend you. It was a surprised reaction to the number of times you've uninstalled and re-installed the App.

Just like you, I played this game for years since it started in April 2012. I am not just playing the game, I do reviews too.

I uninstalled and re-installed my Candy Crush Saga App last year because of the freezing problems which fixed my issues but I never got a different version like what you've experienced. I am not saying that your concerns are not legitimate but it is hard to come up with a solution to your issue unless someone with the same Operating System is having an identical issues that you are experiencing.

I don't work for King. I responded to your inquiry based on your claim of lack of consistency on Free Incentives on Boosters on Candy Crush Saga. I gave you the information based on what I am getting from the same iOS App that you have. I only stated the fact and that is not sarcasm.

You have an Option to use to show the problem that you are currently having as well as to prove your point. Your iPhone has an excellent Screen Recorder. Record your App after reinstallation to show the different versions you are getting.and post it on YouTube.

Don’t you agree that is quite excessive?” REALLY, for the love of Pete, it was to make the point that on the same device, the same iOS, installing the same apple app on my apple iPad, and on the same day, I GET A DIFFERENT VERSION OF THE GAME. Thank you for the 3 paragraphs of tutorials for the game that I played for years but the issue of this entire thread has not been satisfactorily addressed.....still.... But an acknowledgment of customer’s concerns that are completely legitimate would have been a more appropriate response than using sarcasm.

Have faith in yourself! This is how you can get through any level with No Boosters. I did that yesterday on Level 4028. You just have to concentrate and focus your attention on making Powerful Candies and Color Bombs to activate your Party Candy Meter and get your 3 Bronze, 3 Silver, and 1 Gold Ribbon Wrapped Candies. Remember to be as fast as Speedy Gonzales when you get these. You'll have to match them as fast as you can the moment these appear on your board before the Meter runs out and disappear. If you do extremely well in matching these and your Meter is full, the Pinata will appear before the end of the level. If it doesn't, those special candies will come back in the next level earlier than the former. This time work your hardest and you'll get the Pinata. Good Luck!

I've run out of color bomb boosters! HELP!!!!!!!!

I commented in a posting weeks or even a month ago I think about losing my own Bot when it was at its maximum efficiency. It was reset to 0 NOT because I lost a level but I think the reason was due to the fact that I did not play Candy Crush for over a day. I have not found any written Rules about this challenge so I can't tell you if that was the case. Right now, I am moving forward and not worrying about Build-A-Bot at all.

My bot actually has disappeared before. When I watch ads, some of them make the game crash and I lose my bot.

I asked this in a separate thread but did not get any replies. My biggest problem with the new Build-a-Bot is that treats different players vastly differently. There are multiple comments in this board from people who have suddenly lost their full Bot, without losing a level. For some, it has been on Monday morning. For others, at random times.

Other players, such as myself, have built the new Bot up only once and have been able to keep it (mine has been there since 27 March i.e. 10 days). No-one seems to know if players like me are the ones for whom the game is not working properly (=the Bot should in fact disappear) or the other way around.

Whether or not the Bot disappears on its own is a massively important factor to know when judging its usefulness.
