Why can't I send or receive lives from friends?

HI @Dianna531963, are you playing the game through Facebook because it usually turns out to be their glitch when the players can't send or receive.  It might be another new glitch from them.

I receive lives but cannot send them anymore,  haven’t been able to for months.  Is this still a facebook issue?

I wish I could receive lives, occasionally I'll get a request and I always send a life. It's getting annoying, no one has ever responded. I'm not playing thru Facebook.

Yes I am through Facebook what can I do to fix it I have tried logging out and signing in the other way but it still doesn't help

I am going to tag @Jelly Jenny who is the Community Moderator.  I think we have another Facebook glitch!  I think she needs to report it so that the studio can contact Facebook again!

I'm having the same problem, only in Candy Crush Friends, but I'm  NOT playing on Facebook. Is it a King glitch??

@Dianna531963 @purplepugs Could you explain exactly what happens when you try sending and / or receiving lives? It's crucial to know what exactly is wrong so I can start looking into this. 

If you have any screenshots that usually helps a lot too.

Hi @TippyToes I don't believe it would be the same with CC Friends Saga.  Their lives work different.  Here is a thread in the Friends community and it might be the same thing.  Please post your comments here:  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/257693/if-the-game-is-not-allowing-me-to-send-lives-or-receive-lives-what-can-i-do#latest  and I will follow up there too.

@Jelly Jenny  I get receive lives with no problem.  I just click on the envelope when there is life and its there.  For sending lives I have no access to do so.  It used to come up automatically.  I try clicking on the envelope but if there are not any received lives, then it does not open.  I dont know where else to go to send the lives.
